About Cyn Lawrence
Cyn Lawrence is a retired director of an autism center. Her previous writing endeavors were primarily focused on autism assessments, authorizations, and battling denied insurance authorizations. She now spends her retirement years creating engaging stories and dashing off to her seventeen grandchildren's numerous sports and activities.
The matriarch of a large family, Cyn can’t help but be inspired to include a strong underlying theme regarding the impact of parental love and acceptance in all of her works. Her novel, A Deadly Suggestion, is a simple call to action for radical love and understanding built into a murder mystery which helps it reach a wider audience. This story contains a full exploration of the proclivity that we assign to genders. Cyn enjoys exploring societal biases while weaving an intriguing story between the lines.
A Deadly Suggestion is her first published mystery of a quasi-series that will include continuing characters. She also has a published short story about the ravages of the Civil War against African American women in Hearts of Valor; Voices of Courage.
